Attendees will participate in an interactive session examining the challenges with Competency by Design implementation in neurosurgery programs. We will review the collective experience of residents and program directors. We will consider various stragies to improce the performance of the system. Attendees will help to by proposing changes to inform the formal revision process, Adaptations, through the Royal College.
