The speakers will present several clinical cases, each with videos, of hyperkinetic movement disorders. The audience, with active participation through polling, will learn an approach to identification, workup, and management of these hyperkinetic movement disorders, including chorea, tics, ataxia, myoclonus, tremor, dystonia, and functional hyperkinetic movements.

Learning Objectives:

  • Accurately identify hyperkinetic movement disorders based on their phenomenology.
  • Initiate an appropriate workup based on the phenomenology and hyperkinetic movement disorders identified.
  • Prepare a comprehensive management plan for each of the hyperkinetic movement disorders
